Who are we?
The Scottish Independence Library is run by volunteers who support Scotland’s right to self-determination.
What is the Scottish Independence Library
The library is a collection of resources related to Scottish independence, gathered from full range of movement and academic sources. The library will be free to access, open to all and contain sources from a full range of views regarding whether Scotland should become an independent state.
What is our purpose?
The purpose of the library is to provide a resource from which audiences can learn and answer questions related to Scotland’s right to self-determination. We want the library to be valued as an authoritative, easy to use, reliable and accessible source of information useful to both the independence supporters the indy curious and the undecideds
Are we affiliated to any other organisations?
The idea for the library came from discussions between the Scottish Independence Convention, The Scottish Independence Foundation, National Yes Network, Now Scotland and Voices for Scotland with help from Common Weal to find volunteers. We hope it is a positive example of what we can achieve when the movement works closely together.
Who funds us?
We are funded by a generous grant from the Scottish Independence Foundation.
We are also funded by in-kind donations of software from e-infinitum.com and individual donations. If you are able to help us please go to our donations page (insert link), any money you give will mean we can better support the independence movement and answer the questions voters have about Scotland become a nation state.
